Subject: Prayer for taking steps to clean the campus.

Dear Sir,

We have the honour to bring to your kind notice and considerate consideration that recently dengue has been spread in a menacing form in the neighbouring area. We have got to know that last week three students of our college died of dengue fever. So we are really worried about the dengue menace in our college campus. You know that dirty environment and stagnant water bread dengue mosquito, Aedes. We have noticed that the environment of our college campus has got very dirty and there are a number of used containers, bottles, broken pots and shells of fruits left behind the college buildings. If this unhygienic situation lasts long, dengue fever may attack us.

We would, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to take necessary steps to clean the campus and the neighboring area as soon as possible to save us all from the dreadful disease.
