My Dear Rocky,

I am sorry to write to you on a matter for which I feel too much disturbed. My younger sister is suffering from fever. And though the case is not serious yet, the doctor is not sure what turn it may take. He has advised us not to do anything that may irritate her. However, it has been noticed that she cannot tolerate any noise. At night, even the slightest sound disturbs her sleep. And she has been without sleep for the last three nights for the music played in high pitch-at your house. Some other neighbours too are complaining against it as it causes sound pollution at night in the neighbourhood.

I understand that every individual has a right to have a recreation, but I'll appreciate it if you tune down the volume of your music system/radio/TV/DVD player at night, so that we can get some sleep without disturbance.
